# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Everything cooks together on one pan, so theres barely any cleanup and you can actually relax while dinner roasts.
  • The lemon and herbs make the tilapia taste fresh and restaurant-worthy without any complicated technique.
  • Its naturally gluten-free and low-carb, so it fits into almost any eating plan without feeling like a compromise.
02 -
  • Pat the tilapia fillets completely dry before adding the marinade, or the moisture will prevent the herbs from sticking and the fish wont brown properly.
  • Dont crowd the green beans on the pan, if theyre piled on top of each other they will steam instead of roast and youll miss out on that delicious caramelized texture.
03 -
  • Use parchment paper instead of foil if you want even easier cleanup, it practically slides right off the pan.
  • If your green beans are on the thicker side, give them a five-minute head start in the oven before adding the fish so everything finishes at the same time.
