Melted Cheese Pickle Rolls (Printable)

# What You Need:

→ Cheese

01 - 8 slices of mozzarella or cheddar cheese (about 0.7 oz each)

→ Pickles

02 - 8 dill pickle spears, thoroughly drained and patted dry

→ Optional Additions

03 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

→ For Cooking

06 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter or neutral oil

# How-To:

01 - Pat the dill pickle spears dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
02 - Warm a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
03 - Place one slice of cheese onto the skillet and let it melt and bubble until the edges turn golden, approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
04 - Place a pickle spear at one edge of the melted cheese slice and using a spatula, carefully roll the cheese around the pickle to create a tight cylinder.
05 - Transfer the formed roll to a plate and repeat the melting and rolling process with the remaining cheese slices and pickle spears.
06 - While rolls are still warm, optionally sprinkle with fresh dill, garlic powder, or smoked paprika as desired.
07 - Serve immediately to enjoy the rolls hot and crispy.
